How do I access the Housing Editor?
To access the Housing Editor in a home that you own or have decorator permissions:

What does the Housing Editor allow me to do?
The Housing Editor allows you to select, move, store, and place home furnishings by selecting the Place tab. Eligible items will show a highlight when targeted. Note that if you try to place an item in the safe spot by your front door, it will highlight red and cannot be placed. This is because the entrance to a house is a safe location for visitors who have gotten stuck or lost and need to leave. Furnishings displayed in the Place tab are pulled from your personal inventory and bank.
You can also access the Retrieve tab from the Browse menu. The Retrieve tab lists all of the currently placed items in the home along with a directional meter indicating their position. Finally, the Housing Editor also allows you to purchase new furnishings directly from the Crown Store in the Purchase tab.
Who can use the Housing Editor in my homes?
As the homeowner, you can always access the Housing Editor from your home. Any visitors who have Decorator permissions may enter the home and also move items, but they may not place new furnishings or remove furnishings. Decorators also may not access the Retrieve tab or the HousingSettings tab.
How can friends decorate my home? What can they access?
In the Housing Settings tab there are General, Visitors, Banlist, Guild Visitors, and Guild Banlist sections. From the General section, your first purchased home will be set as your Primary Residence, but you can set any of your homes as your Primary Residence Dave 1993 torrent. from this menu. Your Primary Residence is the home that your friends may visit while you're offline via social menus.
From the General section, you can change the permissions that determine who can access your home and its contents when no other overrides from the other sections exist. From the Settings tab, you can set Default Visitor Access to None, which means nobody can enter your home unless you specifically allow them. Visitor access means that players may enter and interact with furnishings like crafting stations, but they cannot move objects. Decorator permissions means that players may enter the home, interact with objects, and move objects around.

Similarly, the Banlist and Guild Banlist can specify specific individuals and guilds that may never enter your home.
If you ever want to prohibit everyone else from entering your home, set Default Visitor Access to None and remove all Visitors and Guild Visitors from having Visitor Access.
How do I begin to place furnishings?
Once you enter your home, you can place furnishings from your inventory or your bank by accessing the Housing Editor's Place tab. This tab sorts your furnishings into categories and sub-categories, but you can also filter by search terms to find certain items or collectibles.
When you select an item from the Place tab, it will first display the item in the Preview scene. This allows you to have a full view of the item before you place it. From the Preview scene, you may Place the item or End the Preview and not place the item.
How do I adjust the placement and orientation of furnishings?
By hitting Place, you exit the Preview scene with the item on your crosshairs. You can rotate the object in any direction using your ability bar, or you can align the object to the nearest surface. This allows you to quickly place objects level on the floor, which is especially helpful for placing crafting stations and assistants. You can also push and pull the object from its initial position.
Surface Drag allows you to place an item along the surface terrain, which helps prevent items from hovering. You can toggle this on and off.
How do I move placed items back into my inventory?
If you want to remove an item from your home, you can select it and hit Put Away. Nobody other than you as the Homeowner may remove items from your home.
What types of items can I decorate my home with?
There are three types of items that can be placed in homes: Furnishings, Trophy Collectibles, and Other Collectibles. Furnishings are most of the furniture items that you normally encounter, like beds, tables, and chairs. Trophy Collectibles are statue busts that you can receive from completing Veteran Dungeons, Arenas, and Trials. Other Collectibles include your non-combat pets, mounts, and assistants.
If an item in your inventory isn't showing up in the Place tab, then it may not be a Housing Item. The best way to determine this is to look at the item in your personal inventory and see if it's sorted into the Furnishings tab. If it is, make sure it's not a stolen item – those must be laundered first!
With Homestead, you can sit in most chairs, benches, and thrones. When placing them in your home, you need to ensure there is space in front of the chair to allow your character to stand up, and the item cannot be tilted or embedded in terrain or other objects. When placing a chair, you will see a greenoutline to indicate that it's in an accessible position. Similarly, crafting stations and placed assistants will display a green outline when being placed in a way that will allow for interaction.
How many items can I place in my home?
While you are in the Housing Editor's Place, Purchase, Retrieve, or Settings tabs, you can view the House Information. This shows you how many Furnishings you have placed in your home and how many you can place total.
Each tier of home can hold a certain amount of items and can receive a certain amount of visitors at one time, but don't worry, there's always room for you to enter your own place! The item limit is doubled if you have ESO Plus membership. If you lose ESO Plus membership while having more items place than the standard capacity of your home, you can still move items around as long as you don't remove them. From that point on, you can remove items, but cannot add more until you are below the standard furnishing limit.
Where do I get items?
Furnishings can be acquired in a variety of ways, including: crafting, purchasing directly from merchants, achievement furnishers, trading with other players, justice gameplay, treasure chests, fishing, trophies from Dungeons, Arenas, and Trials, purchasing a home, and also from the Crown Store.
Crafting
You can craft many furnishings by acquiring recipes from guild traders, other players, merchants, pickpocketing, stealing, and from the Master Writ Merchant. You can preview the object before you build it at the crafting station, just to make sure it's exactly what you want. Like regular provisioning recipes, furniture plans can be laundered if stolen and then traded to other players. Furniture crafting plans usually require new materials, which are uncommon drops from node harvesting, certain monsters and animals, and containers throughout the world.
The Master Writ Merchant also provides the recipes for the Target Skeleton, which may be crafted and placed in your home or traded to other players. Each crafting profession has its own type of furniture plan, which teaches you how to construct that particular object.
Some items can only be crafted and cannot be purchased in the Crown Store, purchased from merchants, or even picked up as loot in the world.
Crafting Stations
You can also acquire Crafting Stations from the Housing Editor, a Master Writ Merchant, or through other players. If you purchase an Attunable Crafting Station, you can take it to your favorite item set location and use the item in your inventory to morph that crafting station into a permanent set station that you can then place in your home. This allows you and your visitors to craft certain sets without traveling to those locations in the future. Regular crafting stations are not attuneable.
Merchants
Home Goods Furnishers have also set up shop all around Tamriel. If a home exists in the same area as a Home Goods Furnisher, then you can usually find yard items such as trees and shrubs in their store. They carry stock that represents the local flora and environment, so if you like the look of a particular area, the nearby Home Goods Furnisher will have similar things in store. Home Goods Furnishers also often carry practical, simple items that you can use to quickly decorate your home with the basics, like barrels and crates. Home Goods Furnishers in most of Tamriel expect gold, but the one in Cyrodiil also accepts Alliance Points.
Each of the crafting profession merchants will offer a limited supply of supplemental furniture plans, and the Master Writ Merchant offers an exclusive set of plans for high quality items. Every weekend, the Luxury Furnisher offers a limited selection of themed, premium items. Each theme lasts for two weeks, with unique items each week before cycling to a new theme.
Additionally, Mages Guild Magisters also carry an assortment of 2 nd edition Mages Guild books that can be purchased with gold when the first editions from the same collection have been discovered. Books can be placed in your home and read, but since they are 2nd Editions, they do not count as a 1st Edition for the purpose of Shalidor's Library.

Achievement Furnishers
Certain Achievements in Tamriel will unlock the ability to purchase special furnishings associated with that accomplishment from Achievement Furnishers. These items are purchased with gold or Alliance Points, and because they are awards for a unique quest or activity, they cannot be traded away. Additionally, many existing merchants now offer unique Achievement furnishings associated with their profession.
With upcoming holiday events, certain Holiday Furnishing merchants will also sell a selection of items related to the quests from that holiday. The items will remain available on the merchant even when the holiday is over, but you won't be able to pick up the quests or participate in the holiday event unless the holiday is active.
Trophies from Dungeons, Arenas, and Trials
You can acquire Trophy Busts for defeating certain Veteran Dungeon and Trial bosses. These Trophies drop from the bosses, and they are unlocked as a Collectible once looted.
Trading
Guild Traders allow for listing tradeable furnishings on the player market. You can also trade unbound items with other players, but items you've purchased with crowns are not tradeable. Achievement Furnishings are also not tradeable because they are associated with a specific Achievement that you've earned.
Justice Gameplay
Certain types of civilians in Tamriel can drop Housing recipes and items when pickpocketed. These items are rare, but thematic to the type of civilian. For example, you can pickpocket an inkwell from a scholar, or a morsel of bread from a beggar. Guards even have a special set of items that can be pickpocketed, but don't get caught!
Other Sources
Treasure Chests in overland areas and dungeons also drop paintings, though they are rare. You can also catch unique aquatic-themed items from different fishing holes. Even the Shadowy Supplier has rare, thematic furnishings.
Purchasing a Home
When you purchase a home, you can choose whether it comes unfurnished or furnished. Unfurnished homes sometimes have yards with basic trees, shrubs, and rocks, and they always have a candle or other similar light source. Furnished homes have the contents of unfurnished homes and additional furnishings to fill out the home to a basic level of decoration. When you purchase and unlock a home, all of its items become yours, and they may be picked up and moved around within your home or taken to another one that you also own. If the items are purchased with Crowns, they are bound to you and cannot be traded.
Crown Store
You can purchase items from the Housing Editor's Purchase tab or through the Crown Store. These items are bound to you and may not be traded. You will be prompted for confirmation before making a purchase through the Housing Editor's Purchase tab, so you can use the Housing Editor to browse and preview the items before making a purchase.
What are some fun and useful tips for using the Housing Editor to decorate my home?
If you ever get stuck in your home, you can always use the “ Go to Entrance' option to escape.
Some items can be turned on and off, like lights or certain Achievement Furnishings.
Sometimes an item will be hard to pick up, like a painting that's just a bit too far into the wall, or a rug that fell into the flooring. Use the Retrieve tab to pick up the item, but also note the direction and distance to the item from your position. This can help determine whether you're targeting the item in front of you or upstairs.
Bookcases sometimes have collision that doesn't allow you to easily snap books onto shelves. If you turn off Surface Drag, you can nudge books into the shelf space a bit easier.
If you can't use a crafting station, chair, or Assistant after it has been placed, make sure that other items aren't sitting on it or intersecting with it in some way, and ensure that the highlight around the crafting station is green. Chairs need to be placed in particular positions so animations match up with the items.
If you're trying to place a tapestry or painting on the wall, align it to the floor first so it's upright, then move it onto the wall with Surface Drag turned on.
You can set up a home for your guild to utilize by setting a home as your Primary Residence and giving your entire Guild Visitor permissions.
If you blacklist someone from your home, that individual will also be immediately removed from your home.
You can use your free Inn Rooms to store extra furniture that you aren't ready to use in your other homes, or you can set those rooms up as a display room for perspective furniture buyers.

Your Max Health, Max Magicka and Max Stamina are the basic stats in ESO which are used in combat.
Max Health
Max Health determines how much Health you have in total. When you run out of Health, you die.
Max Health is shown by a red bar.
Max Magicka
Max Magicka determines how much Magicka abilities you can cast and also increases the damage or healing of those abilities.
Max Magicka is shown with a blue bar.
Note: Max Magicka does not effect your Spell Damage stat at all. It does effect the actual damage of your Magicka abilities.
Max Stamina
Max Stamina determines how many Stamina abilities you can cast, how much you can block, you many times you can roll dodge and break free, how long you can sprint and also increases the damage of your Stamina abilities.
Max Stamina is shown with a green bar.
Note: Max Stamina does not effect your Weapon Damage stat at all. It does effect the actual damage of your Stamina abilities.

You get 1 Attribute Point each time that you increase your Level. You can spend your Attribute Points in the Character Interface. You also get some bonus Attribute Points for milestone Levels.
- You will receive 2 Points every Level that ends in a 5.

Gear Enchants
You can enchant your armor for increased Max Health, Magicka or Stamina. It’s important to note that the head, chest and legs slots provide the most benefit, or 100% of the enchant value, and the smaller slots (shoulders, hands, waist, feet) provide only 40% of the enchant value.
Increase Bag Size Eso
You can buy armor glyphs (enchants) from Enchanter NPCs in most towns, make them yourself, or buy them from other players. The quality of the enchant will effect the value of the increased Max Health, Magicka or Stamina.
The Infused Trait on an item will increase the value of the enchant glyph by a certain percentage. When you increase the quality of that item, the value of Infused Trait also increases thus increasing the value of the enchant even further.
White (Normal) Infused = +8% Enchant Value
Green (Fine) Infused = +11% Enchant Value
Blue (Superior) Infused = +14% Enchant Value
Purple (Epic) Infused = +17% Enchant Value
Gold (Legendary) Infused = +20% Enchant Value
Jewelry Traits
Traits of jewelry can be either Healthy, Arcane or Robust. You can’t craft jewelry, so it’s just luck whether the Trait on an item of jewelry is what you are looking for.
Healthy = Max Health
Arcane = Max Magicka
Robust = Max Stamina

There are lots of item sets which grant bonuses to your Max Health, Magicka or Stamina based on how many items from the set you are wearing.
